Ana-Maria Miron is one of the top legal practitioners in the area of Corporate Tax Law, Individuals Taxation and Tax Disputes Resolution in Romania. She has advised both domestic and international clients on a wide range of issues concerning local tax legislation.
She also specializes in avoidance of double taxation, VAT, corporate income tax, clawback legislation, tax implications of EU law.
Ana-Maria Miron is trained both as a lawyer and political adviser, graduating from the Ecological Law School Bucharest and the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Political and Administrative Sciences.
Mrs Miron also attended two high profile courses at the IBFD International Tax Academy in Amsterdam, in European Value Added Tax and in Hybrid Financial Instruments.
Before becoming one of the founding partners at Ionescu Miron, Ana-Maria Miron was a partner at one of the top three law firms in Romania.
