She has advised leading companies on Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Project Finance transactions.
She has acted on high-profile lending transactions, for both lenders and borrowers, and has worked on some of Romania’s top privatisations.
Prior to forming Ionescu Miron, Corina Ionescu has served as a Partner to one of the top three law firms and as a founding partner to one of the top ten law firms in Romania.
Corina Ionescu’s legal proficiency has been recognized by the top international legal directories and, as such, she is a Leading Lawyer with IFLR 1000 for Banking, M&A and Project Finance and has been named a “notable practitioner” by Chambers and Partners.
Corina Ionescu is a member of a Bucharest Bar, and she obtained her legal degree from the Law Faculty of the Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest. She also holds a diploma as a technical engineer, acquired with the University of Bucharest.

Ana-Maria Miron
Managing Partner
Ana-Maria Miron is one of the top legal practitioners in the area of Corporate Tax Law, Individuals Taxation and Tax Disputes Resolution in Romania. She has advised both domestic and international clients on a wide range of issues concerning local tax legislation.
She also specializes in avoidance of double taxation, VAT, corporate income tax, clawback legislation, tax implications of EU law.
Ana-Maria Miron is trained both as a lawyer and political adviser, graduating from the Ecological Law School Bucharest and the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Political and Administrative Sciences.
Mrs Miron also attended two high profile courses at the IBFD International Tax Academy in Amsterdam, in European Value Added Tax and in Hybrid Financial Instruments.
Before becoming one of the founding partners at Ionescu Miron, Ana-Maria Miron was a partner at one of the top three law firms in Romania.
Mrs Miron has been ranked Band 1 in the Chambers Europe directory, with the international publication recommending her for her “impeccable advice on all matters including transaction structuring and individual taxation.”

Diana Teodorescu
Partner
Diana Teodorescu is the head of Ionescu Miron’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. In addition to her role as a litigator, Diana also advises clients on matters related to Insolvency and Restructuring, Real Estate and Construction, Corporate Law and Labor Law.
Her experience includes both in an advisory role in private practice, but also within companies active in Real Estate, Leasing and FMCG, which provides her with a unique understanding of clients’ competitive pressures and legal and business needs.
Diana graduated from the University of Bucharest with a law degree, and she has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2005.
Prior to joining Ionescu Miron, Diana was part of the legal team at one of the top law firms in Romania.

Roxana-Oana Stoica
Senior Associate
Roxana-Oana Stoica graduated with a LLM in European Law, with an emphasis on EU competition law, from the university of Leiden, Netherlands. She also obtained a LLM in Public International Law from the University of Bucharest.
Roxana-Oana has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2009. Prior to joining Ionescu Miron, she was on the team of a top law firm in Romania.

Mihaela Rosca
Regional Counsel
Based in Brasov, Mihaela Rosca coordinates the regional practice of Ionescu Miron in Transylvania. She has significant experience in real estate transactions and has acted in complex transactions for domestic and international investors across a range of transactions, including structuring transactions, financing, acquisitions, and the construction and development of real estate. Mihaela also regularly advises clients on corporate, commercial, and labor matters.
She has significant litigation experience, having represented Romanian and foreign clients in domestic courts on civil, insolvency, tax, public procurement and labor proceedings.
Mihaela Rosca is a member of Brasov Bar, and she obtained her legal degree from the Law Faculty of Sibiu.
