Mihaela Roșca
Regional Counsel
Based in Brașov, Mihaela Roșca coordinates the regional practice of Ionescu Miron in Transylvania. She has significant experience in real estate transactions and has acted in complex matters for domestic and international investors, including structuring, financing, acquisitions, construction and development.
Mihaela also regularly advises clients on corporate, commercial and labour matters. She has significant litigation experience, representing Romanian and foreign clients in domestic courts in civil, insolvency, tax, public procurement and labour proceedings.
She is a member of the Brașov Bar and obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law in Sibiu.
