Diana Teodorescu is the head of Ionescu Miron’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. In addition to her role as a litigator, Diana advises clients on insolvency and restructuring, real estate and construction, corporate law and labour law.
Her experience includes private practice and work within companies active in real estate, leasing and FMCG, giving her a strong understanding of clients’ competitive pressures and legal and business needs.
Diana graduated from the University of Bucharest with a law degree and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2005. Before joining Ionescu Miron, she was part of the legal team at one of Romania’s top law firms.
