Corina Ionescu specializes in a wide range of corporate and banking-related legal areas, with extensive practical experience advising leading domestic and international businesses.
She has advised leading companies on mergers and acquisitions, banking and project finance transactions, and acted on high-profile lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers. She has also worked on some of Romania’s top privatisations.
Prior to forming Ionescu Miron, Corina Ionescu served as a partner at one of Romania’s top three law firms and as a founding partner at one of its top ten law firms.
Her work has been recognized by international legal directories. She is listed as a Leading Lawyer with IFLR1000 for Banking, M&A and Project Finance and as a notable practitioner by Chambers and Partners.
Corina Ionescu is a member of the Bucharest Bar. She obtained her law degree from Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest and also holds a technical engineering diploma from the University of Bucharest.
